Product warranty

All our projector models come with a 1-year limited warranty.

Raytos warrants that the product you have purchased from Raytos is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. The warranty period begins on the day of shipment from Raytos. The warranty extends only to the original purchaser. It is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases the product from you. It excludes all bundled accessories (such as cables and remotes).

During the warranty period, Raytos will repair or replace defective parts with new parts or, at the option of Raytos, serviceable used parts that are equivalent or superior to new parts in performance.

This Limited Warranty does not extend to any product that has been damaged or rendered defective

  1. as a result of accident, misuse or abuse;
  2. as a result of an act of God;
  3. by operation outside the usage parameters stated herein;
  4. by the use of parts not manufactured or sold by Raytos;
  5. by modification of the product;
  6. as a result of war or terrorist attack; or
  7. as a result of service by anyone other than Raytos or a Raytos authorized reseller or authorized agent.


For a defect during the warranty period, contact our support department either using the contact form on the website, or by email to support@raytos.com, with proof of purchase confirming the date of purchase and a description of the issue(s) observed. Any claim under our Warranty must be notified to us within 7 days after the discovery of the alleged manufacturing defect.

You will be given a Return Authorisation (RA) number before you return the product. Return the defective item, freight and insurance prepaid, in the original shipping container to Raytos. Reference of your RA number must appear on the outside of the shipping container. Raytos is not responsible for any loss or damages incurred in shipping. A Raytos failure analysis must validate all warranty claims.

Once a warranty claim is validated, the repaired product or a replacement will be shipped to the address on your original purchase, or another address specified by you, on the condition that the courier to the new address does not exceed that to the original address. If replacement product is not available, we may provide a product of a similar grade. Replacement or repair of a product does not re-start the applicable warranty period.
