Shipping options
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. Your product may be shipped from our warehouses in Hong Kong or mainland China, subject to optimal logistics arrangement and inventory level.

Free shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over USD 250 for addresses in the contiguous United States and mainland Australia.
Shipping rates
Where free shipping is not applicable, shipping rate will be calculated at check out based on the destination and the product(s) purchased.
Taxes and duties
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
Special note on Covid-related shipping delays
Due to the global logistics disruption brought on by Covid-19, shipment may take longer than usual to arrive. We are frequently reviewing our logistics arrangement to minimize these impacts as much as possible, and you will be notified if major delay is anticipated.
